- Machine Name – This can be found in both the Dashboard and the Softdrive Desktop Application.
- What You Were Doing – Describe what you were doing when the issue occurred (e.g., using a specific application, stepping away from the computer, switching monitors, etc.).
- Error Messages – If an error message appeared, include the exact wording or a screenshot.
