Overview
Error Code 14 (UserProcessTermination) indicates that the user-session component of Softdrive’s server software terminated unexpectedly on the remote computer.
This occurs when SoftdriveServerUser.exe, which manages the active user session on the remote PC, closes or crashes unexpectedly.
When this happens, the current session cannot continue and the connection is terminated.
Common Causes
Error Code 14 (UserProcessTermination) may be triggered by one or more of the following:
Unexpected termination or crash of SoftdriveServerUser.exe
System instability or resource exhaustion on the remote PC
Operating system-level interruptions affecting user processes
External software forcibly closing the user-session process
This issue is server-side and is not caused by client configuration or network connectivity.
Troubleshooting
Things to do when this happens:
Retry the connection
In some cases, the process restarts automatically and reconnecting succeeds.Restart the Cloud PC
Restarting the remote PC can restore the user-session process.
If the issue continues to occur, please contact Softdrive Support so the issue can be investigated.

Exact error code shown (Error Code 14 – UserProcessTermination)
Timestamp of when the session ended
Cloud PC name and organization
Screenshots of the error message
Whether the issue occurs repeatedly or intermittently
