Overview
Error Code 10 (OtherClientConnected) indicates that another client device has connected to the same remote computer, causing the current session to end.
This is not an error. It is an informational message used to explain a session transition event.
When a second device connects to the same Cloud PC using the same account, the existing session is automatically disconnected to allow the new connection.

Symptoms
- Session disconnects unexpectedly
- Message displayed: "OtherClientConnected"
- Session ends when connecting from another device
Possible Causes
- Logging into the same Softdrive account from another device
- Connecting to the same Cloud PC from a different location
- Reconnecting from a new device while an existing session is active
This behavior is by design and ensures session consistency and security.
Resolution
- No action required
- If you intentionally connected from another device, this behavior is expected
- Confirm which device should remain connected
- Only one active session per Cloud PC is allowed
- Disconnect unused sessions if needed

- The intended device remains connected
- Only one active session is maintained per Cloud PC
- No unexpected disconnections occur
