Symptoms
- Unexpected error when connecting to a Cloud PC

Possible Causes
- Temporary instability in the remote desktop server
- Unexpected internal server-side exception
- Short-lived service interruption
- Backend processes restarting or recovering
This issue is server-side and is not caused by client configuration or local network settings.
Resolution
- Retry the connection
- The issue is often temporary and resolves on reconnect
- Wait and try again
- Allow a few minutes for backend services to recover
Validation / Expected Result
- The connection completes successfully
- The session launches without errors
- No server exception message appears
