Head to https://www.softdrive.co/ and click ‘Login’
Login with our credentials.
Once logged in, you will see your Dashboard. Here you can see the softdrive machines assigned to you. You will also see 3 menu sections:
My Softdrive:
Section where user can see settings for the softdrive machine assigned, the computer pools and templates.
Help and support:
Helpful links like the “report a bug” where user can report a bug, contact sales, learn about hotkeys, find FAQ’s and a link to download the latest version of Softdrive.
User settings:
Account settings to edit name, last name and password.
Your computer
When you click on the computer tab in your dashboard menu, you will see your computer objects, this object will let you know the status (up, down), the owner for this computer, storage and pool.
When clicking on the Preview button, a pop up will appear giving details of the Softdrive machine.
This pop up will also show Quick actions, features that are useful when it comes to troubleshooting as well as actions to add storage to your machine.
Computer pools
Which is a collective set of computers that can be easily shared among a team of members. Like a support team having 4 users who will share 3 softdrive computers.
In order to access a computer in computer pools, go to the Pools tab in your softdrive app. This tab will show all the computers and whether they are available or not.
