Issue: When selecting your phone for 2-Factor Authentication, you receive a message instructing you to contact Softdrive support.
Cause: This can happen if multiple instances of Softdrive are running simultaneously, which may cause authentication conflicts.
Solution:
- Close extra Softdrive sessions - Open your Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc on Windows) and check for multiple instances of Softdrive. 
- Close all Softdrive processes. 
 
- Try logging in again - After closing all extra sessions, restart Softdrive and attempt 2-Factor Authentication again.
