Overview
This article covers why a Softdrive PC may display the wrong time and how to fix it. Time sync issues can cause authentication failures, MFA errors, and login problems if left unresolved.
Procedure
Manually Adjust the Time Zone:
- Right-click on the clock in the taskbar.
- Select "Adjust date/time".
- Change the time zone to the correct setting.
IT Admin Adjustment (NTP Server Fix):
- Your IT admin can adjust the Network Time Protocol (NTP) server to ensure accurate synchronization.
- Softdrive machines sync with our hypervisor until NTP takes over.
