Cause: This can happen if multiple instances of Softdrive are running simultaneously, which may cause authentication conflicts.
Solution:
Close extra Softdrive sessions
Open your Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc on Windows) and check for multiple instances of Softdrive.
Close all Softdrive processes.
Try logging in again
After closing all extra sessions, restart Softdrive and attempt 2-Factor Authentication again.
If the issue persists, contact Softdrive Support for further assistance.
