After Softdrive reset the Windows password, the user was not able to download anything or log into the Microsoft account. Received this error message:

Answer: This is a Trust Platform Module (TPM) error. 

Does anyone else on your team have this issue, let Softdrive know and CC your IT manager as deskside support may be required.
