Softdrive Screen Completely Frozen

If Softdrive is unresponsive and you cannot open or close any programs, try the following:

  1. Use the Softdrive Menu to Send Ctrl+Alt+Delete:

    • Open the Softdrive Menu and click "Send Ctrl+Alt+Delete"
    • On the screen that appears, click "Cancel" to return to your session.


  1. End the Frozen Program:

    • If a program remains unresponsive, click "Send Ctrl+Alt+Delete" from the Softdrive Menu again.
    • Select Task Manager.
    • Locate the frozen program and click "End Task".
