Ultrawide Monitor Not Working with Softdrive

We do not recommend configuring this yourself, as it requires technical adjustments. Your IT manager is the best person to handle this. However, if you’d like to try, follow these steps:

  1. Open the NVIDIA Control Panel:

    • Go to the toolbar and click on Tool View (upward arrow icon).
    • Click on the NVIDIA logo.
  2. Adjust Display Settings:

    • Navigate to "Change Resolution".
    • Click "Customize".
    • Check "Enable resolutions not exposed by display" and click "OK".
  3. Select the New Resolution:

    • Once enabled, a new resolution option should appear.
    • Select it and apply the changes.
