Saving Files Takes a Long Time

If you're experiencing long processing times when saving files, try the following:

  1. Restart/Reboot Your Cloud PC/Virtual Machine

    • A restart often resolves file-saving and transfer issues.
    • Follow the steps in the Softdrive Onboarding Guide to reboot your Cloud PC.
  2. Regular Maintenance

    • We recommend restarting your Cloud PC weekly or bi-weekly to maintain optimal performance.
