If you're unable to log into your Softdrive Virtual Machine, follow these steps:
Access the Softdrive Dashboard:
- On your local computer, go to https://dashboard.softdrive.co/computers
- Log in using your credentials.
Select Your Virtual Machine:
- Locate your Virtual Machine in the dashboard.
- If you hover over the row with your user email, you should be able to click on your Virtual Machine.
Troubleshoot Connection Issues:
- Click "Troubleshoot" and attempt to reconnect to Softdrive.
Reboot Your Virtual Machine (if needed):
- If troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, try clicking "Reboot" to restart your Cloud PC.
Contact Support (if the issue persists):
