Unable to Log into Softdrive Virtual Machine

This article is a troubleshooting guide for users who are unable to log into their Softdrive computer.



Troubleshooting


  1. Access the Softnet:

  2. Select Your Computer:

    • Locate your Computer or use search to search for it.
    • Click on the computer.
  3. Troubleshoot Connection Issues:

    • Click "Troubleshoot" and attempt to reconnect to Softdrive after few minutes.
  4. Reboot Your Virtual Machine (if needed):

    • If troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, try clicking "Reboot" to restart your Cloud PC.
  5. Contact Support (if the issue persists):
