Overview
This article is a troubleshooting guide for users who are unable to log into their Softdrive computer.
Troubleshooting
Access the Softnet:
- On your local computer, go to https://softnet.softdrive.co/
- Log in using your credentials.
Select Your Computer:
- Locate your Computer or use search to search for it.
- Click on the computer.
Troubleshoot Connection Issues:
- Click "Troubleshoot" and attempt to reconnect to Softdrive after few minutes.
Reboot Your Virtual Machine (if needed):
- If troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, try clicking "Reboot" to restart your Cloud PC.
