App - Download and install

Prerequisites

• Have a Windows 10 or 11

• Have local admin privileges.

Steps to Add more storage 

1. Log in to the Softdrive Dashboard

• Open a browser and go to:
  https://http://dashboard.softdrive.co/

• Log in with your  user credentials.

2. Click on the Download software on the left menu bar

3. Download the Softstream client for your operating system. It works for Windows, macOS and linux. 

4. Once downloaded the microsoft client, open your downloads folder and run the installer. 

The installation process is straightforward and should complete without issues. If you do run into any issues please reach out to your IT team. 

When the installation is finished, the login screen will appear. Sign in using your credentials, Microsoft SSO, or Cognito.
