Softdrive will undergo scheduled maintenance as part of our v4.10.0 platform release. This maintenance includes updates to the Softstream server, client, and routine platform improvements to enhance stability, observability, and performance.
Before maintenance begins, please save your work, log off your VDI, leave the VDI powered on, and completely close the Softdrive Launcher/Client.
Virtual desktops may be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window. Administrators may experience brief interruptions to Softnet administrative functions.
Users who are actively connected may experience brief interruptions while their Softdrive Client updates. Our team will be monitoring and responding to any systems that are impacted.
