Overview
A Host is a dedicated bare-metal physical server within your Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tenancy that provides the underlying compute resources for the Softdrive virtual machines (VMs). Hosts are responsible for running and managing the VMs that power user sessions, they supply CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources allowing Softdrive to deliver secure, high-performance virtual desktops and applications.

- Log in to the Softdrive Dashboard
- Open a browser and go to:
http://softnet.softdrive.co/ - Log in with your administrator or user credentials.
- Navigate to the Hosts tab
In this tab you will be able to see all hosts available to your organization. Below the name of each host the model number is listed, in order to identify the specs for each model please go to:

Also, by clicking on a host you can see the status, region and all the Softdrive vPC's associated with that host.

2. Create a Host
- Log in to the Softdrive Dashboard
- Open a browser and go to:
http://softnet.softdrive.co/ - Log in with your administrator or user credentials.
- Open a browser and go to:
Navigate to the Hosts tab
On the top right hand side choose the Create option.
