Dashboard - Computers

Overview

The Computers menu displays all virtual computers within your Softdrive organization. From this section, administrators can view, manage, create, and delete computers, as well as perform common troubleshooting and management actions.

1) View and Edit Computers

Log in to the Softdrive Dashboard

• Open a browser and go to:
    http://softnet.softdrive.co/  
• Log in with your administrator or user credentials.

Navigate to the Computers tab

In this tab, you can view all computers in your organization. Each item shows basic details such as status, owner, storage, and pool.

• Use the Search option by computer name, owner name, or last name.
• Switch between List view and Grid view.
• Download the computer list with full details.

Computer details

When you open a computer from the Computers tab, you will see the details for that computer.

Here you can change settings such as name, performance tier, storage, and pool.

Quick actions help you perform common troubleshooting tasks directly from the dashboard.

Machine info

In the top-right corner, you will have options to Delete, Save as template, and Connect.

2) Create Computers

• Click the Add button in the top-right corner

• Choose Create One or Create Many

Create One: Create a single computer or multiple computers with the same configuration.

Create Many: Create multiple computers with individual configurations.

3) Delete Computers

On the computer Details page, click the red Delete button to delete the computer.

Confirm the deletion.
