1) Default Permissions
By default, Softdrive provides three shared permissions for each organization.
Organization Owner: This permission is for the master admin and allows the ability to make any permission changes.
Organization Member: This user can only manage their own computer and user profile.
Billing admin: This permission allows for the ability to view the invoices section.
2) Billing Permissions
List all billing data: This permission allows for the ability to view the invoices section in Softnet.
3) Client configs permissions
These permissions manage the Advanced Settings in the Softstream overlay menu.
Adjust the settings, provide a settings name and then press the Add button to create a new custom configuration.
Create all client configs: This permission allows for the creation of a new configuration for any user.
Create owned client configs: This permission allows the creation of a new configuration only for the owner.
Create shared client configs: This permission allows for the creation of a new configuration that can be shared with others.
Update all client configs: This permission allows for the update to any client configuration even if it’s shared or belongs to another.
Update owned client configs: This permission allows only for the update of a configuration created by the owner.
Update shared client configs: This permission allows for the update of a shared configuration.
Delete all client configs: This permission allows for the deletion of any configuration.
Delete owned client configs: This permission allows for the deletion of a configuration created by the owner.
Delete shared client configs: This permission allows for the deletion of a shared configuration.
4) Cognito configs permissions
These permissions manage the Cognito SSO settings in the Softnet Settings menu.
Create all cognito configs: This permission allows for the creation of a new Cognito SSO configuration.
Update all cognito configs: This permission allows a Cognito SSO configuration to be updated.
Delete all cognito configs: This permission allows a Cognito SSO configuration to be deleted.

These permissions allow for the creation and management of computer pools.
Create all computer pools: This permission allows for the creation of new computer pools.
List all computer pools: This permission can view all the computer pools in the organization.
Update all computer pools: This permission allows any computer pool to be updated.
Update owned computer pools: This allows for the update to any computer pool created by the owner.
Delete all computer pools: This allows any computer pool to be deleted.
Delete owned computer pools: This allows only the deletion of a computer pool that was created by the owner.
6) Computers permissions
These permissions allow for the creation and management of computers.
Create all computers: This allows for the creation of a new computer.
List all computers: This lists all the computers in an organization.
List owned computers: This allows a user to see all the computers assigned to them.
Update all computers: This allows for updates to be made to any computer.
Update owned computers: This allows for updates to be made only to the owner’s computer.
Delete all computers: This allows for the ability to delete any computer in the organization.
Delete owned computers: This allows the user to delete any computer assigned to them.
7) Hosts Permissions
Host permissions allow for the creation and management of regions.
Create all hosts: This allows for new hosts to be created.
List all hosts: This allows for a list of all hosts to be shown.
Delete all hosts: This allows any host to be deleted.

This allows for the management of Softstream Features in the settings page.
Create all organization configs: This allows for the editing of each organization setting using the toggle button.
Update all organization configs: This allows for any organization setting to be updated.

This allows for the creation and management of templates for the organization.
Create all templates: This allows for the creation of new templates.
Update all templates: This allows existing templates to be updated
Delete all templates: This allows for templates to be deleted.
11) Tiers Permissions
This allows for the creation and management of the different computer types, or tiers, available to the organization.
Create all tiers: This allows for the creation of a new computer tier.
Update all templates: This allows existing tiers to be updated.
