Overview
The Users section in Softdrive allows administrators to manage all users within their organization. From this menu, you can view existing users, invite new users, upload users in bulk, synchronize users from an identity provider, and delete users when necessary.
Prerequisites
Before managing users, ensure the following:
- You have a Softdrive Admin account.
- You have access to the Softdrive Dashboard.

1) View Users
Log in to the Softdrive Dashboard
- Open a browser and go to:
http://softnet.softdrive.co/ - Log in with your administrator or user credentials.
Navigate to the Users tab
The preview option will give you more detailed information about all users.

2) Create Users
To create a user, click the Invite button in the top-right corner.

In the next window, complete the required fields to create a user.

You can also create many users at the same time.

Once all fields are completed, click Invite user. The user will receive an email with a link to complete the registration process. For more information, see: Signup
Users can be synced directly from Microsoft Entra using SCIM integration with Softdrive.
3) Sync users from Active Directory or Entra
Add your sync steps here (SCIM / directory sync instructions).
4) Delete users
If your users are not being synced via Microsoft Entra, you can delete users directly from the dashboard.
- Go to the Users page.
- Select the user you want to remove.
- Choose the Delete option.
- Confirm the deletion.
