The users menu will show you all existent users in your organization's softdrive. In this section we will see:
1) View Users
2) Create Users
3) Upload Users - CSV
4) Sync users from Active Directory or Entra
5) Delete users
Prerequisites
Have a Softdrive Admin account
1. View Users
Log in to the Softdrive Dashboard
Open a browser and go to:
https://http://dashboard.softdrive.co/
Log in with your administrator or user credentials.
Navigate to the users tab
The preview option will give you more detailed information about this user. It will also have quick actions that will let network administrator help this user with password reset as well as resetting login attempts.
2. Create Users
In order to create a user click on the plus button on the top right corner.
In the next window, fill up the fields needed like name, last name and email. You will also specify if this user will be an admin user.
Once all fields are finished, click on the check box on the top right and that will show this message confirming an invitation email has been sent to the user created.

3. Upload users via a CSV file
Click on the upload button in the top right corner.
A pop up will show you the option to upload a simple csv file. There is a sample csv file available where you have to specify the firs name, last name, email and whether the user is admin or not. Once this is filled you can upload it and import it.
4. Sync users from Active Directory or Entra
Users can be automatically synced from Microsoft Entra (formerly called Azure Active Directory). In order to do this we need to do the following:
1) Set up Azure Single Sign On
2) Set up Azure AD Scim integration with Softdrive.
5. Delete users
If your users are not being synced via Microsoft Entra, you can delete the users directly from the dashboard.
- In order to delete users go to the user item and click on Preview.
- Choose the delete option.
