The users menu will show you all existent users in your organization's softdrive. In this section we will see:
1) View Users
2) Create Users
3) Upload Users - CSV
4) Sync users from Active Directory or Entra
5) Delete users
Prerequisites
Have a Softdrive Admin account
1. View Users
Log in to the Softdrive Dashboard
Open a browser and go to:
http://softnet.softdrive.co/
Log in with your administrator or user credentials.
Navigate to the users tab
The preview option will give you more detailed information about all users.
2. Create Users
In order to create a user click on the Invite button on the top right corner.
In the next window, complete the required fields to create a user.
You can also create many users at the same time.
Once all fields are finished, click on the Invite user button and the user will receive a link by email to complete the registration process. You can follow this link for more info on the signup process. Signup
Users can be synced directly from Microsoft Entra using SCIM integration with Softdrive.
3. Delete users
If your users are not being synced via Microsoft Entra, you can delete the users directly from the dashboard.
- In order to delete users go to the user's page
- Choose the delete option.
