Unable to Log into Softdrive Virtual Machine

If you're unable to log into your Softdrive Virtual Machine, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Softdrive Dashboard:

  2. Select Your Virtual Machine:

    • Locate your Virtual Machine in the dashboard.
    • If you hover over the row with your user email, you should be able to click on your Virtual Machine.
  3. Troubleshoot Connection Issues:

    • Click "Troubleshoot" and attempt to reconnect to Softdrive.
  4. Reboot Your Virtual Machine (if needed):

    • If troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, try clicking "Reboot" to restart your Cloud PC.
  5. Contact Support (if the issue persists):

    • If you’re still unable to log in after trying these steps, reach out to [email protected] and let them know which troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried.
