Softdrive Notification of a new STUN Service
Softdrive will be migrating to a new STUN service to improve stability and reliability on Saturday November 8, 2025 between 1:00pm and 4:00pm EST and this may require action on your part.
Action for customers: Update firewall and or network security infrastructure rules to include new IP’s and Ports. The update may impact the connectivity with your Softdrive cloud PC if the rules are not updated.
Maintenance Details:
Date: Saturday November 8, 2025
Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST
Expected Downtime: Between 5 minutes and up to 2 hours.
Softdrive will be migrating to a new STUN (Session Traversal Utilities for NAT) service on Saturday Nov. 8, 2025. In order to ensure there are no connectivity issues to your cloud PC please update your firewalls or other network security infrastructure as required prior to November 8, 2025. Please whitelist the four STUN Server IP’s shown below and ensure the required ports listed below are open on a bidirectional basis. Furthermore we encourage you to ensure that all work is saved beforehand as a system reboot may be required afterwards.
