Softdrive Maintenance Release V4.1.0
We want to inform you that Softdrive will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday August 23, 2025 between 1:00pm and 3:00pm EST.
Important: Please ensure that all work is saved beforehand, as a system reboot may be required.
Maintenance Details:
Date: Saturday August 23, 2025
Time: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST
Expected Downtime: Between 5 minutes and up to 1 hour.
During this time, we will be updating Softstream, as well as various back-end applications to improve overall performance and stability. While this should not result in a significant service disruption, there may be brief interruptions with the Softdrive service. The key customer facing items being addressed are:
Fix the maintenance window banner layout on the Softdrive launcher so the menu items are properly displayed.
Resolved the Sofnet connection error when using the “Connect” button to the PC from within Softnet.
Mouse movements not being in sync with the pointer on the screen for Apple devices.
