1. Authentication
Authentication settings allow organizations to control how users securely access Softdrive. Administrators can enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all members to strengthen account security and choose which sign-in methods are permitted, including email and password, Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), and Okta SSO. These options provide flexibility to align authentication with organizational security policies while maintaining a secure and streamlined login experience for users.

2. Softstream Features
Softstream features allow administrators to control key user experiences and security behaviors across cloud VM's within the organization. These settings include enabling or disabling clipboard access between local and cloud computers (both server-to-client and client-to-server), automatically locking virtual desktops when users disconnect, and managing whether client configurations can be shared organization-wide for consistency.

3. Networks
The networks setting allows organizations to obtain instructions on how to securely connect their on-premises or enterprise infrastructure to their Softdrive environment. Through options such as Site-to-Site VPN, businesses can establish an encrypted connection between their physical office network and the Softdrive LAN, enabling secure access to internal resources. For enterprise-level needs, Oracle FastConnect provides a dedicated private connection with higher bandwidth and lower latency than a traditional VPN.

4. Billing
Billing allows organizations to manage how Softdrive services are paid for and billed. From this section, administrators can view and configure the organization’s default payment method and securely manage billing details through Stripe.

5. SCIM Integration
SCIM Integration enables automated user and group provisioning between your identity provider and Softdrive. By using a secure SCIM token, organizations can synchronize users, groups, and access changes in real time, ensuring that accounts are created, updated, or deactivated automatically based on identity provider policies.
