Reporting an issue

You can report issues to the Softdrive team through multiple channels:

  • Overlay: Click the Softdrive Desktop Icon, then select "Report a bug" to submit a support ticket.



Providing Additional Details

To help our support team resolve your issue faster, please include the following in your report if possible (not required):

  • Screenshots or Videos – If possible, attach visual evidence of the issue.
  • Machine Name – This can be found in both the Dashboard and the Softdrive Desktop Application.
  • What You Were Doing – Describe what you were doing when the issue occurred (e.g., using a specific application, stepping away from the computer, switching monitors, etc.).
  • Error Messages – If an error message appeared, include the exact wording or a screenshot.
  • Steps Taken to Resolve – Mention any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried.

This additional information will help the Softdrive team diagnose and resolve the issue more efficiently.
