Troubleshooting - Steps

First, check to see if your Softdrive PC is shut off. You can check by heading to the web dashboard and looking under "Status". 


If it’s “Up" and still does not work, the first action is to click the ”Preview" button. You will land on the page below - click the "Troubleshoot" button to see if that fixes the error. 



If you accidentally shut down the Softdrive PC using the Windows shut down option, you will be able to turn it on from the app as well as from the dashboard.
