Softdrive will let you use your local printer on your virtual machine. When you login on your Softdrive machine, your local printers will be available in your remote session.
In order to accomplish this, you need these requirements:
- Have desired printer fully functional
- Connected as a local printer in your computer
In case you do not see your local printer please follow the next troubleshooting steps:
- Exit out of your softdrive machine and access back in.
- Confirm your printer works well on your local machine, this will let you see if the issue is not paper jam, paper missing, or printer being offline.
