How do I update a Cloud PC to change the owner to a different user email address?

Issue: You need to transfer ownership of a Cloud PC to a different user.

Solution: There are two ways to update the Cloud PC owner:

  1. Delete and Provision a New Cloud PC

    • Your IT manager can delete the existing Cloud PC and create a new one for the new user.

  2. Reassign the Cloud PC

    • Your IT manager can directly reassign the Cloud PC to the new user without deleting it.
