- If you are outside North America, run a packet loss test using the "1080p game stream" preset.

- Work Environment - Inform Softdrive support if you are working from home or in an office with other users. 
 
- Connection Type - Are you using WiFi? 
- If so, try switching to a wired Ethernet connection for improved stability.
