If Softdrive is unresponsive and you cannot open or close any programs, try the following:
Use the Softdrive Menu to Send Ctrl+Alt+Delete:
- Open the Softdrive Menu and click "Send Ctrl+Alt+Delete"
- On the screen that appears, click "Cancel" to return to your session.
End the Frozen Program:
- If a program remains unresponsive, click "Send Ctrl+Alt+Delete" from the Softdrive Menu again.
- Select Task Manager.
- Locate the frozen program and click "End Task".
