How to Fix SoftDrive Client Outdated Issues

If you're seeing the message:
“SoftDrive Client version is outdated. Please restart SoftDrive to automatically update to the latest version.”
Follow these steps to resolve it:

  1. Terminate SoftDrive via Task Manager

    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
    • Find SoftDrive in the list of running processes.
    • Right-click and select End Task.
    • Relaunch SoftDrive and check if the issue is resolved.
  2. Uninstall and Reinstall SoftDrive

    • Ensure SoftDrive is fully uninstalled before reinstalling.
    • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program, select SoftDrive, and remove it.
    • Download the latest version from the official site and reinstall.
