Prerequisites
- If there is a local Active Directory present, it should be synced with Entra ID. Link
- Have admin privileges for Microsoft Entra.
- There should be an existent account in Softdrive with the user email address before the user tries to login to Softdrive with Microsoft SSO.

1. Login to Softdrive with your Entra ID
- Open a browser and go to:
http://softnet.softdrive.co/ - Choose Microsoft and log in with your Entra administrator credentials.

- Select consent on behalf of your organization before clicking accept.

2. Configure Microsoft Entra ID Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Go to https://entra.microsoft.com
- Log in with your admin credentials.
- Go to Enterprise Apps.
- With “All Applications”, search for Softdrive.

- Click the Softdrive app that appears, then choose Users and Groups.

- Choose the users or groups that will have access.

- Check Conditional Access and confirm policies are met.

3. Enable SSO Authentication Method
- Log in to the Softdrive Dashboard https://dashboard.softdrive.co/
- Navigate to Settings → Authentication
- Make sure Microsoft SSO is enabled.

4. Using Microsoft Entra ID Single Sign-On in Softdrive
- Open the Softdrive App and choose Sign in with Microsoft.

- Log in with Microsoft credentials.

- Once logged in, the consent prompt may appear again.

You should be able to see your computers.

5. Troubleshooting
- If you do not see any computer, contact your network administrator to assign one.

- If you see “No Account is associated with the provided email”, ensure the user was added in Entra (Step 2).
